| The MGE Office Protection Systems Pulsar EX series is made of high-performance UPSs designed for power protection of individual IT systems exposed to harsh conditions. Their on-line double conversion technology can ride through long lasting brownout conditions without draining the batteries while their high output provides typically 20% more power than comparable products. The Pulsar EX series is packed with high-availability features like an automatic by-pass and hot-swappable batteries. The various models are available in different form factors like mini-tower or 2U Rack/Tower versatile. Their network manageability is outstanding due to switched outlets to remotely reboot connected equipment or to extend backup time for the most critical servers. The bundled software suite provides a vast array of power management capabilities, like the ability to shutdown multiple servers or to be interfaced with the network even without a Web/SNMP card. The Pulsar EX series is the solution of choice for mid-range servers and internetworking equipment with Power Factor Corrected power supplies. |
