, July 2, 2008… Diversified industrial manufacturer Eaton Corporation (NYSE:ETN) today announced an expansion of its European power quality sales and service capabilities. As part of this expansion, Eaton plans to integrate the existing sales and service personnel of PK Electronics NV and Balmen Electronic, S.L., into its current European power quality organization. Both have had long-standing relationships with Eaton as distributors and service providers of Eaton’s Powerware uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems.

Ethisphere revealed the list of companies yesterday at a joint conference with Forbes Magazine, “Driving Profit through Ethical Leadership.” The list of World’s Most Ethical Companies will also be featured in the second-quarter issue of Ethisphere Magazine.

In 1988 he became Europe Business Development Manager, still in the small UPS business. His understanding of the increasing problems in power management and electrical supply brought him to product marketing in 1990, where he developed the first communication offering of Merlin Gerin, establishing a relationship with a US-based software development company.
