As part of this expansion, Eaton plans to integrate the existing sales and service personnel of PK Electronics NV and Balmen Electronic, S.L., into its current European power quality organization. Both have had long-standing relationships with Eaton as distributors and service providers of Eatonâs Powerware uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems.
